    Are these salaries out of line with the market for these positions in this area of the state? According to salary.com, they all seem to be reasonable compared to others in similar positions. I don't necessarily feel that the people in these positions are doing a great job, from my limited knowledge of their positions That tells me that there should be new people brought in to replace those not performing their jobs up to expectations, instead of lowering the salaries for these positions. If the salaries are lowered, I think it might be more difficult to find qualified people to replace any people that need replaced.

    These folks are union. How do you replace them? No matter there performance the district cant replace them. They can eliminate there job or freeze their pay until they leave on their own. The district should have a pay freeze accross the board. Thanks for commenting
