Pay for "Performance" not "Empty Promises"

Another state report card has came and went and the SWCS administration starts the excuse machine. Why they only received "continuous improvement" and met only 16 of 30 state requirements is never addressed. They cry "we have non-English speaking students" yet they never speak out against illegal aliens or ask the county Sheriffs or the state to enforce immigration laws. They promise that if you pass a levy we will try to do better. What this really means is give us the money so that we can "try" to do the job that you have already paid us to do! You have to watch these educated elite. They try to trick you with words. They want pay before performance with performance never getting better. I really was impressed how the board tried to pretend that they really cared about performance. They came out with their contract with the residents to promise to try and improve scores if the levy passed.(Check out their Elite Stacked Community adviser group)http://swcs.wordpress.com/category/community-advisory-group/ According to them, They need to educate us on their goals for the district. They must really think that the residents of this district are stupid. Some of us may not be college educated. Some of us may not be good spellers but common sense tells us you can spend only what you make. The levy supporters hate the fact that people in the district have had enough of the name calling and black mail. The levy supporters are the ones that wont come up with the solutions. The solution to them is more money. Accountability and higher expectations are what this district and its children need.

  1. Money doesnt solve the woes of the district. I love how they brag about Democrats endorsing the levy. Point me to one thing that Democrats have touched that has been a success!....waiting....waiting

  2. An advisory group of elitists. Homes on the Hill,(Acorn) Stephen Torsell? Wow nice to know Acorn is involved in our district. How many working residents were selected for the advisory group?
