If you & SWAT think Cindy Legue is such a financial wizard, you may want to check out her home on the county auditor's website. She is a fantastic CPA working for an unidentified company and has an expert opinion of how SWCS can be better run. Yet, this financial whiz kid didn't even apply for a 2 1/2% owner/occupied reduction on the property taxes for her McMansion. So, she know how to save SWCS money, but cannot do it in her own household?
